One reply per review, editable at any time, shown directly beneath it and signed with your channel name. Answering a fair criticism in public does more for you than the review costs you.

Two ways to prove it is you

Log in with the channel’s own Twitch or Kick account and it is instant. Otherwise we give you a short code to put in your bio and check for it within 15 minutes.

What claiming does not get you

You cannot delete, hide or reorder reviews, and you cannot pay to change your score. Nobody can. If a review breaks the guidelines you can flag it like any other reader, and if it is unlawful you can file a complaint, which a person assesses within seven days.

Every review is read by a moderator before it appears, and scores use a weighted average that damps small numbers of reviews, so a single angry viewer cannot tank you. How scores work
