Review the viewing experience

Your own experience: Streams you watched yourself. Not a clip, a video essay or a forum thread. We ask how you watched, and it shows on your review.
One review per channel: Edit yours rather than posting again. Do not paste the same text on several channels or copy someone else’s.
Not your own channel: Do not review a channel you own, moderate or manage. Streamers reply from a claimed profile instead.
No organising: No groups rating a channel up or down. Unusual bursts are held for a person to read.
No links or promotion: Links are stripped automatically. Advertising, referral links and self-promotion are removed.
Crimes go to the police: A star rating is not the place to try someone. Reports of that kind are removed whether or not we can judge them.

A person reads it
Every review is checked against these rules before it appears, usually within 24 hours. A rejected review is shown to you only, on the channel page.

Streamers can reply, not remove
A claimed profile gets one public reply per review. Nobody can delete, hide or reorder reviews, and neither can we for money.

Breaking the rules costs the account
Flag a review that breaks them. Three flags from different accounts hide a pending review until a moderator reads it. Repeat offenders lose their account.

Unlawful content, rather than merely against the rules, goes through the complaints process, which a person answers within seven days.
